Textures

I need a water stained/moss covered parts for under the windows of the building. I searched on google for large images to see what I could find. I came across this one below, I like the shape of the marks on it but the clour itself is a bit too red and too grey. 

I put the photo into photoshop and amended the colour balance to try and make the grey a little brighter and to make the top of the image a little green toer to show more of a water damaged/moss effect. This is my first attempt so I am going to apply this texture and do a render test and see how it looks.
